Welcome to what we hope will be the first annual Back-to-School Block Party hosted by Jamie and Clay Morris and sponsored by West End Church, For Our Neighbors, and the generous support of many others.
Our vision is to bless our community by meeting real needs, building meaningful relationships, and sharing the love of Jesus—one backpack, one meal, and one family at a time.

Here’s What To Expect
A completely FREE family-oriented, fun-filled afternoon designed with care for families in our community. Whether you need a little extra help this season or just want to enjoy a great time with neighbors, this event is for YOU.
Backpacks
Every child will go home with a new backpack containing school supplies (while supplies last)
Fun Activities
Face painting, bounce houses, and games!
Free Food
Grab some lunch, do some shopping, and then enjoy an Italian ice while the kids play.
Free Haircuts
Need a fade or line-up? Get your kid first day fresh. We can also accommodate special needs.
Volunteer
It takes a village—and we need YOU! The Block Party is more than an event; it’s a chance to be the hands and feet of Jesus. From handing out school supplies to serving food and helping families find clothes, every role matters.
Whether you can smile, serve, or sort—we have a place for you!

• Bring gently used clothing and shoes in all sizes (including adult sizes for older students and teachers) for our Compassion Closet
